Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking numbers generally become active within 24 hours.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. GetUmbo.com is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. GetUmbo.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@getumbo.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date, including your order number and any relevant details.
