And easy to use every day because, unlike alcohol-based tinctures, the glycerite extraction aid makes these tinctures taste slightly sweet.

How to Use
Use one full dropper every day. They can be added to beverages like coffee or smoothies. But because Umbo tinctures are made using a glycerin solvent, they will taste slightly sweet. So our favorite way to use them is just to put them straight into our mouths and swallow. Simple, right?

How much Turkey Tail to take?
Everyone has different needs and there is no official regulatory agency that has determined any sort of recommended daily dosage. Consult your doctor!
That said, based on our own experience as professional athletes, as well as reading all the research that's out there, and consulting with all the professional trainers, nutritionists, and athletes that we know, we have a solid point of view on it: We recommend using 300 mg – 1,000 mg of a given mushroom per day. One full dropper of this tincture is approximately 1,000 mg. Use it daily to get the most out of it.
